Introducing the Eventuri Carbon Fibre S55 Chargepipes – the result of months of dedicated R&D, design refinement, and rigorous testing. Developed as a direct OEM replacement, these chargepipes were engineered with three uncompromising goals: perfect fitment, superior airflow, and unmatched strength.

FITMENT

A common problem with conventional aftermarket chargepipes lies in their poor fitment and clearance issues — particularly around the engine cover and other aftermarket intake systems. This is due to the limitations of bent metal construction.
Eventuri’s carbon fibre solution eliminates these compromises. By utilizing complex 3D geometry made possible through composite engineering, our chargepipes achieve OEM-level fitment while maintaining an optimized internal flow path.

FLOW QUALITY

The chargepipes feature smooth, continuous transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge cooler, reducing turbulence and restriction. Internal volume has been increased over OEM, allowing the turbochargers to operate with less back pressure and improved efficiency.
Each CNC-machined aluminium flange connects seamlessly to the turbo outlet, maintaining a constant internal diameter with no exposed welds or edges — a major advancement over typical metal chargepipes that often create turbulence at the joint.

STRENGTH

OEM chargepipes are prone to cracking or failure, particularly in tuned cars running higher boost pressures. Eventuri’s approach uses a multi-layer, cross-directional carbon weave with a 2mm wall thickness, producing an incredibly strong and durable structure capable of withstanding extreme pressures.
To further enhance reliability, CNC-machined stainless steel reinforcement rings are embedded within the openings — ensuring the pipes maintain perfect shape even under high clamping loads.

Engineering Without Compromise

For maximum structural integrity, methanol ports have been intentionally omitted from the chargepipes. Instead, Eventuri is developing a dedicated J-pipe incorporating multiple methanol injection ports — a more effective and reliable location, positioned immediately before the inlet manifold for optimal charge air cooling.
