Designed for BMW 5 Series, 7 Series, 8 Series, X5, X6, and X7 models, this premium intake delivers the same proven Dinan engineering found on smaller G chassis cars, now tailored for the larger executive and SUV platforms.
This intake uses a semi-open design with multiple sound ports in the revised lid, allowing turbo induction sounds to be heard much more clearly.
The large restrictive factory resonator is removed and replaced with a smoother carbon fiber intake path that improves airflow while unlocking the sound enthusiasts want. For even greater sound enhancement, the system can be paired with the optional Dinan Turbo Inlet and required fit kit.
Performance is just as impressive as the sound. The Dinan intake flows 20% more air than stock and features a 66% larger airbox volume with a 44% larger filter area, helping reduce turbo strain, improve spool response, and sharpen acceleration.
On a stock vehicle, gains of up to +7 WHP and +15 Nm of torque at 2500 RPM are achieved, making the car feel stronger exactly where it matters most.
Constructed from premium carbon fiber and fitted with a washable high-flow cotton gauze filter, the Dinan intake delivers long-term performance, style, and durability.
